It’s turning into spring in DC, enjoy the warmer weather and take some time to soak in the beauty of yoga and art with CorePower Yoga at Hillwood Estate, Museum & Gardens!
Join Chloe, studio manager Tenleytown CorePower Yoga studio, for a FREE 60-minute yoga class. All levels are invited and encouraged to participate! Bring your own yoga mat and a friend to experience the amazing things that happen when you root a physical workout in the mindfulness of yoga.
Following class, you are invited to enjoy a self-guided tour of Hillwood Estate, Museum & Gardens. Marjorie Merriweather Post bought Hillwood in 1955 and soon decided her home would be a museum that would inspire and educate the public. Her northwest Washington, D.C. estate endowed the country with the most comprehensive collection of Russian imperial art outside of Russia, a distinguished eighteenth-century French decorative art collection, and twenty-five acres of serene landscaped gardens and natural woodlands for all to enjoy.
If you plan to visit the estate after class, please note Hillwood operates by suggested donation. Class participants will receive a discounted suggested rate of $12 per person.
